River Oaks

River Oaks is a large neighbourhood in north central Oakville, north of College Park. It is a newer neighbourhood, developed in the 1990s and early 2000s, with some ongoing development. Some of the developments are denser, and on narrower lots than in other Oakville neighbourhoods. A commercial area sits in the northwest corner.
