In 1994, Tina Gardin founded Sutton Quantum Realty in Mississauga, ON. 

Tina has excelled in the real estate business; first as a real estate agent and then as the sole owner and real estate broker of Sutton Quantum. Her education and career accomplishments include a Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, President of the Mississauga Real Estate Board, Chair of the Education Committee, Chair of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee, active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a Fellow of the OREA Foundation.

Sutton Group is a Canadian success story and Sutton Quantum is an Ontario success story. After working at two of the major real estate brokerages, Tina decided to break away and create her own brokerage with three fundamental priorities in mind.

1. To provide a real estate agent centered environment which acknowledges and respects the agent’s key role in the company’s success.
2. To provide a fair compensation arrangement that encourages the real estate agent to direct marketing dollars towards self-promotion.
3. To provide essential real estate training and support services so that real estate agent productivity is maximized.

In 2008, Quantum picked up the Oakville franchise, adding territory and real estate agents to its roster, and is now a thriving operation with over 145 active agents.

Amanda was born into the real estate business; her father was licensed in 1971.   

For years she watched him work the business with such passion and determination that, after 10 years of learning in the corporate world, she made the leap into real estate.

Her corporate career life took her from managing many different people under the Hudson's Bay retail umbrella to working for a multi-million dollar I.T. consulting company, Pink Elephant, in the Marketing realm; leading an international team of marketers, developing conferences for over 2,000 people, managing a huge budget, huge personalities, and huge expectations.

When Amanda made the career change into real estate, she started with Empire Communities, New Home Sales, and later, became licensed and worked with different real estate brokerages.  She realized that she loved passing on knowledge and sharing with her fellow REALTORS® and decided to move into the management side of the real estate business.  She managed a local brokerage with 3 offices and over 200 agents before coming on board with Tina Gardin and the Sutton Quantum brand.  

She enjoys working with the over 145 agents at Sutton Quantum; helping with their real estate business and marketing plans, training for the real world, and guiding them on a daily basis to help them grow and succeed.
